You agree that Imagine FURever Ranch may use these photos in any and all social media sites, for any type of print advertising, or any other type of promotion of the Ranch, and that you will not be compensated for the use of your photo or likeness.
Acknowledgement of Costs & Donation Request*
By signing here, you acknowledge understanding that pet ownership involves inevitable costs for care and feeding, as well as preventative and medical care. You also understand that Imagine FURever Ranch is a non-profit rescue that depends entirely on public donations to stay open, and the donation requested for adopting is $100.
Agreement to be a FURever Home*
By signing below, you agree that if you are accepted as a new adoptive dog parent, you will provide regular vet care (check-ups, vaccinations, preventative care) AND provide unconditional love and companionship to your new family member. You also agree that if you are unable to provide these things in the future, you will surrender the dog back to Imagine FURever Ranch.
