A Heartworm test is required before a dog can be given any heartworm preventative medications. We are located on 4 wooded acres which can expose our doggos to lots of fleas & ticks, which can lead to heartworm. No dog can be placed at the Ranch without a negative Heartworm test result or a plan for treatment in the case of a positive result.

You further acknowledge understanding that Imagine FURever Ranch is a non-profit rescue organization that relies entirely on donations to remain open, and that the requested donation amount to surrender a dog is $250.00

You also acknowledge understanding that if you choose to surrender your dog to Imagine FURever Ranch, you will relinquish all claims to the dog & may not assert any ownership rights after placement. You further agree that if you place your dog with Imagine FURever Ranch, your dog may be humanely euthanized if behavioral and/or medical problems dictate that is necessary. Last, your signature below indicates agreement to release, indemnify and hold harmless Imagine FURever Ranch, its past, present & future agents from and against all liability, claims, suits, actions, judgments, costs, fees, attorney fees and damages caused by and/or arising from or in connection with this dog.
