As a volunteer and/or activity participant at the IMAGINE FUREVER RANCH, I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury, and I agree to assume the full and entire risk of any and all injuries, including death & dismemberment, damages or loss which I may sustain as a result of volunteering and/or participating in any and all activities associated with IMAGINE FUREVER RANCH. I agree that I have voluntarily applied to participate. I understand that various activities on our property and those involving dogs can be hazardous in nature, including, but not limited to, the possibility of falling, tripping, being bitten, scratched, jumped on, dragged or knocked over. I furthermore understand the possibility of risk of transferring disease-causing microorganisms during dog-handling activities, including, but not limited to, distemper, giardia, toxoplasmosis, and other parasitic or fungal conditions. I agree to take all precautions to avoid such transfer, and I understand the importance of having myself and my pets up to date on all current vaccinations. I understand that while IMAGINE FUREVER RANCH will make every attempt to safeguard its volunteers and/or property and activity participants, the possibility of serious accidents and/or injury can occur during participation in activities at the ranch.
FURTHERMORE, I understand I have a DUTY of CARE for my own safety and that of other volunteers, and, as such, I agree I have an AFFIRMATIVE DUTY to READ and COMPLY with all written communication, including but not limited to POSTED SIGNS and the PUPdates live document.
I hereby agree to assume all risks of injury and to release and hold harmless IMAGINE FUREVER RANCH and its directors, officers, agents, heirs, successors, representatives, and assignees from any and all liabilities, actions, claims, demands, costs, or expenses arising from or in any way connected to or with my choice to participate, even in the case of negligence or misconduct, and I DO HEREBY FULLY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Imagine FURever Ranch.
